Adam Mede worked in several Michelin star restaurants before becoming chef of Laurel Budapest. His passion is to prepare his dishes with natural ingredients , mainly local and typical for the season. His plates are prepared to be entertaining and easy to understand.

The Laurel Restaurant will be spending the summer holiday from 18th August to 29th August 2019. We are going to have some rest in order to do our best throughout the year. We will be happy to host you again from 30th August.
