On Tuesday, May 9th, our pop-up Pastry Shop above the Laurel Restaurant, in the Bab\u00e9rliget Bookstore, will reopen, much to the delight and request of many, with half of the current selection being vegan – just like we have been doing in the restaurant from the beginning. Our not-so-secret goal is to also cater to vegan consumers with this event, but of course, we strongly recommend it to everyone because we know it’s impossible to tell the difference in Zsuzsi’s pastries. Here’s a preview of what we’re preparing now:<\/p>\n
