We are proud of that despite the pandemic, we have managed to maintain the unity of our fine dining restaurant and keep our team together, and the Laurel family has been completed since 2022 with several new team members who have already proven themselves abroad. Miklós Révai, after more than 500 Michelin three-star services, joins the Laurel staff as a restaurant manager. Miki has proven himself in many world-famous restaurants from Europe to Los Angeles, and after about ten years working abroad, he decided to return to Hungary.

Ádám Garai also proved to be a chef in many well-known Hungarian restaurants and gained experience as a member of the Hungarian team of Bocuse d’Or in 2012 and 2013. After three years of professional knowledge in Japan, Ádám decided to return to Budapest, where he started 2022 as a member of the Laurel family.
