We invite You for a special adventure! On the 18th of August we are relocating to Lake Balaton for a week. This year has definitely been unusual, maybe we are also longing for the Hungarian Sea more than ever. Ádám and his team have been busy preparing an unforgettable experience for you on this very special location.
Fine dining lunch menu at Laurel Budapest
Upon request, from 18 July a shorter four-course degustation menu is also available for lunch. You can arrive between 12:30 and 13:45, if you would like to enjoy lunch at Laurel Budapest on Saturdays. Silentium vouchers can also be redeemed at lunch time.
Laurel Budapest is Michelin recommended
It was last September, only five months after our opening when a Michelin inspector visited Laurel Budapest for the first time and he immediately classified our restaurant as recommended in the Michelin Guide published recently. The value of this recognition is even higher considering that Laurel Budapest was the only new restaurant included in the guide in 2020, with a really young team.
Ensō, the New Summer Menu Debuts at Laurel Budapest
Laurel Budapest reopens on 18 June, and we are looking forward to greeting the lovers of fine gastronomy again in our restaurant. For the reopening our Head Chef, Ádám Mede has designed an innovative and bold summer menu called Ensō.
Laurel Budapest experience at your home
Originally, we scheduled the debut of our new Spring menu on 1 April, but we had to cancel this event due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic unfortunately. Instead, we offer a special degustation menu called Silentium that you can enjoy at your home. In this way, we can still celebrate together the magical moments of the finest gastronomy even during the temporary closure of Laurel Budapest.
New Winter Menu Debuts at Laurel Budapest
Our new winter menu called Winter Memories debuts on 7 January at Laurel Budapest fine dining restaurant. This seasonal menu is important for us for several reasons.
